How does the process work?
Step 1. reach out to us for a free initial consultation.
Step 2. We get to know you through discussion and KYC procedures.
Step 3. We let you know whether and how we can add value and send you a proposal for services.
Step 4. Upon reaching an agreement on scope and terms, we provide you with a draft for discussion, which is finalized after we discuss and address all your queries.

What are your hours of operations?
9:00 to 5:00 for physical enquiries, but 24 hours for online enquiries, which will receive a response within 24 hours.
Where can I find your current rates?
We don’t offer off the shelf services, so our rates are based on exactly what you need, which is shared on a case-by-case basis.
Am I required to sign a contract to receive service?
Yes, for formal services, but there is no charge for an initial consultation, which may be set up by appointment.
What payment methods are accepted by your company?
We accept cheque and direct debit.
